Colleges around the country are implementing smoking bans on their campuses at a rapidly increasing rate. According to the Americans for Nonsmokers' Rights Foundation, there are at least 365 colleges and universities in the United States that have enacted 100% smoke free campus policies, including eight Wisconsin schools.… Post the First Comment
