FIND THE RIGHT "CRU" FOR YOU
Dan Posca
One of the most active clubs on campus CRU (Campus Crusade for Christ) wants every student to know that they are there on campus for all students. CRU doesn’t care what race, gender, age or ethnicity are, if you want to hear the word of God then this could be something great for you to check out. Even if you don’t know a lot about Christianity or Jesus, CRU welcomes everyone and they provide a safe and unprejudiced environment for all students. If you love Jesus, have questions, feel alone or lost, or want to make new friends, then CRU is the right place to be. CRU has helped many students in the past and look forward to helping more this semester and many more to come.
They meet every Tuesday and Friday in C158 which is down that little hallway in North View right between the SGAoffice and the Business office, first door on your right. On Friday, April 17 from 7:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. CRU will be holding their biggest event of the year, Rockin the Hub. Free music and food and it is open to allWaukesha students as well as residents and high school students. Two conformed bands that will be playing are Undying Allegiance and Green Means Go. Mark your calendars, because no matter what you believe in, you are guaranteed a good time. Last semester over 200 people came and everyone had a great time, so why shouldn’t you this semester.
