Ultimate Frisbee will be the first intramural sport offered at UW-Waukesha. It is a game played like football. It's like football because there are 2 teams trying to score in the opposing teams' end zone.

Each player can move around as much as they desire. The only exception is when a player actually has the Frisbee in their hands, at that point they cannot move. Each team can catch the Frisbee as many times as needed to get into the end zone. The only way to change possessions besides scoring is if the Frisbee is dropped. Whether it is a defender slapping the Frisbee down, or if a player simply fails to make the catch. When the disc is dropped, the opposing team picks it up and play continues. Ultimate Frisbee is a pretty easy game, but is very fun. It can also be considered as a form of exercise.

Intramural Ultimate Frisbee is held on Mondays from 12 - 1 p.m., and Tuesdays from 4 - 5:30 p.m. If anyone is interested in playing, there are 6 people on a team and it's a great way to meet people from the UW-Waukesha campus.
