With holidays getting closer you maybe wrapped up in buying gifts. Take a minute to stop and think about those who won't have a happy holiday. We all know how easy it is to drop change in the Salvation Army pots, but what else can you do? There are many that need help during the holiday season because many people forget about others in need. One of the great local places that need extra help this season are the Waukesha Food Pantry, for more information and more needs for donations make sure you visit their website. Another great local business that needs help is the Waukesha Humane Society; they need easy things like blankets, bleach, and copy paper. For a full list of needs check out their website. For a bigger world impact Samaritan's Purse has many opportunities to donate they have an online gift catalog, you can 'purchase' anything from dairy animals to blankets, and the donations go to many different countries. If you choose to donate to a new charity or your favorite remember to spread the joy of the holidays.
